Rates & Reservations

2011 Rates:

$490/day + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 1-week minimum;
$400/day + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 3-week minimum;
$9400/month + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 30 days
Maximum 8 people at no extra charge; 2 additional persons at $35 per person per day.

2012 Rates:

$525/day + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 1-week minimum;
$430/day + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 3-week minimum;
$10,000/month + 13.92% hotel and general excise tax, 30 days
Maximum 8 people at no extra charge; 2 additional persons at $35 per person per day.

Return customers have first choice on the same time period, i.e., if you rented Hale Pohaku the first week of June last year, then you have first choice for the first week of June for this year.

Waiting List:

Email or call us if you would like to be put on a waiting list for a specific time period.

Security Deposit:

$1500 deposit required for 1- to 2-week rental.
$3000 deposit required for 3-weeks or more rental.
Full rental payment is due upon check-in.
Receipt of a security deposit will confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be refunded within one (1) month after departure or after receipt of the phone bill.

Check-In/Check-out:

Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon.

Cancellation:

Cancellations must be made no less than 120 days before the scheduled occupancy to receive full credit.

Housekeeping/Maid Service:

Hale Pohaku is thoroughly cleaned before guests' arrival. Maid service is not provided during one's stay, but housekeeping and catering can be arranged with prior notice.
